INLINE CONSTRUCTION LTD is a Project Management, Construction Management and General Contracting firm specializing in the field of Commercial Construction.  The Company is well known for quality time sensitive Restaurant and Food Service Facility work.

We are a privately owned Canadian Company incorporated in 1997. The BCIT educated owner Ola Bjordal has been in the Commercial Construction field for 30 years as an Estimator, Project Manager and General Manager with the rest of our Management Team all having 10-25 years experience.

Our full and in depth knowledge of up to date construction materials and methods often lead to significant savings in schedule and budget for our Clients.

ANDREW LEUNG, PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR

A Civil Engineering Graduate, Andrew has 15 years of Commercial Construction experience.  His strengths lie in his ability to budget and schedule projects to meet the clients demands.  All the while ensuring uncompromising quality.  He is often referred to by our clients as being a construction professional.

 

KELVIN WONG, PROJECT COORDINATOR/SITE SUPERVISOR

A Certified Carpenter, Kelvin has 22 years of Commercial Construction.  His experience as a kitchen designer, millworker and Site Supervisor has given Kelvin a high degree of technical knowledge in construction methods and materials.  Clients, staff and sub trades all respect Kelvins opinions and contributions to a project.

KAL PHAGURA, CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/SITE SUPERVISION

A Certified Carpenter, Kal img_9826reducedhas 25 years of Commercial Construction experience.  His specialization in Site Management and exceptional understanding of material and methods will produce a project that meets or exceeds the clients expectation every time.  He is also an extremely talented communicator which enables him to run an orderly respectful site.  Many clients recognize his contributions by requesting him for the next project.




JEANETTE GOATHAM, ADMINISTRATOR

Jeanette has 18 years of experience img_9817reducedin company administration.  Along with being our first line of contact she manages the Service work, Invoice processing and general support for the rest of the management team.  Her professional manner and enthusiasm is appreciated by our clients, trades and staff.

OLA BJORDAL, GENERAL MANAGER/OWNER

A BCIT Building Technology Graduate, Ola has 30 years of Commercial Construction experience.  Beyond running the day to day operations & development of Inline Construction, his experience includes Estimating, Site Supervision, Construction Management.  All of which has allowed Ola to be an extremely valuable part of any Project Team  be it conceptual estimating & budgeting or managing the entire team. He brings organization & confidence to the entire project.
